HOW TO ORDER?

Ordering from www.bestbeautybuys.co.za couldn’t be easier!

Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Browse our Online Store (see link above)

Step 2

When you are ready to buy, simply click on add to cart. You’ll also notice two pink icons in the right corner when you hover over a product, click the “cart + sign” to quickly add an item to your cart.

Step 3

Click on go to checkout if you are ready to buy or continue shopping if you would like to add another product to shopping cart.

Step 4

When you are ready to place the order, go to shopping cart

Step 5

Make and update any changes to your order  Click on proceed to checkout.

Step 6

Fill in your details like e-mail, billing & shipping address to complete the order.

Step 7

Select your method of payment (PayFast or direct VISA/MasterCard credit card payment) and follow on screen instructions to complete the payment on payment processor secure site.

Shopping with us is safe, we never see your credit card details. All our payments are processed securely and with highest encryption for your security and peace of mind.

Step 8

After successful payment we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we are processing your order and another one with tracking number when your order has been shipped.

All prices you see are final, no extra tax or fees will be added during checkout.
All prices and payments are processed in RSA Rands.


Accepted Payments

We accept payments via VISA and MasterCard or PayFast.  We accept all major credit card (stand alone VISA or MasterCard and via PayFast gateway Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).  All our payments are processed securely and with highest encryption for your security and peace of mind.


Direct Credit Card Payments (VISA or MasterCard)

  1. Enter your credit card information in secure page of our credit card processor. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
  2. Your credit card details will be verified and the payment processed immediately. After entering the card number, security code and expiry date, the payment is authorized by the client`s bank. When the system requests the card data, the SSL, MasterCard Secure Code, Verified by Visa will be used, ensuring that the exchanged information cannot be copied or altered by unauthorized persons.
  3. Once the payment authorization is completed, you will be transferred back to our store.

Payments in PayFast

You will go through a 4-step process to pay for a purchase:

  1. After confirming your order in our shopping cart you will be redirected to complete the purchase.
  2. If you have a PayFast account, then log into PayFast. If you don’t have a PayFast account simply choose second payment option.  Don’t have a PayFast account“, then enter all your payment information on a web page protected by PayFast.
  3. Review and complete the purchase on PayFast.
  4. Return to our store.

Returns Policy

Returns & Replacements

Returning Products

Due to the nature of some Products all returned items must arrive in the same condition as they were delivered. Used or opened products cannot be returned as it is illegal to send any goods potentially contaminated with human bodily fluids.
When contacting us, please provide clear explanation why you wish to have a replacement or refund, this must happen within 7 days of receiving your order.


Returning unwanted goods

If you wish to return unwanted products contact us for a product return instructions, used or opened products cannot be returned. You have 14 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us for product return.

All customers are responsible for their own cost of returning the shipment of unwanted products.  In addition a flat handling fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.


Returning incorrect order or defective item

If you receive an incorrect or defective package, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement. You have 14 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.


Limitations

We will only issue a refund to the original purchaser of the product.


Derma Rollers

We only sell Derma Rollers for home use with MEDICAL CE APPROVED CERTIFICATON. (As required by clinics and cosmetic surgeons)  Avoid cheap alternatives.
