PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT (POPIA)

We are taking the opportunity to give you some information on the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) which comes into full effect on 1 July 2021. POPIA aims to promote the protection of your personal information as processed by public or private bodies and seeks to balance the right to privacy against other rights, such as access to information. POPIA will therefore regulate how South African businesses handle your personal information.  Best Beauty Buys SA takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We take every effort to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Best Beauty Buys SA has an obligation to apply due care in the management of personal information and comply with the legislation as it collects, processes, stores and destroys personal information records as part of executing business processes.  Access to your personal information is only permitted among our employees. Your personal information will only be processed based on the “Order Form” filled in when signing up as a Best Beauty Buys SA or with the necessary consent provided through any voluntary, specific, and informed agreement in terms of which you gave permission for the processing of your personal information.

Payments Info

All prices you see are final, no extra tax or fees will be added during checkout.
All prices and payments are processed in RSA Rands.


Accepted Payments

We accept payments via VISA and MasterCard or PayFast.  We accept all major credit card (stand alone VISA or MasterCard and via PayFast gateway Visa, PayFast EFT, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).  All our payments are processed securely and with highest encryption for your security and peace of mind.


Direct Credit Card Payments (VISA or MasterCard)

  1. Enter your credit card information in secure page of our credit card processor. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
  2. Your credit card details will be verified and the payment processed immediately. After entering the card number, security code and expiry date, the payment is authorized by the client`s bank. When the system requests the card data, the SSL, MasterCard Secure Code, Verified by Visa will be used, ensuring that the exchanged information cannot be copied or altered by unauthorized persons.
  3. Once the payment authorization is completed, you will be transferred back to our store.

Payments in PayFast

You will go through a 4-step process to pay for a purchase:

  1. After confirming your order in our shopping cart you will be redirected to complete the purchase.
  2. If you have a PayFast account, then log into PayFast. If you don’t have a PayFast account simply choose second payment option.  Don’t have a PayFast account“, then enter all your payment information on a web page protected by PayFast.
  3. Review and complete the purchase on PayFast.
  4. Return to our store.

Returns Policy

Returns & Replacements

Returning Products

Due to the nature of some Products all returned items must arrive in the same condition as they were delivered. Used or opened products cannot be returned as it is illegal to send any goods potentially contaminated with human bodily fluids.
When contacting us, please provide clear explanation why you wish to have a replacement or refund, this must happen within 7 days of receiving your order.


Returning unwanted goods

If you wish to return an unwanted product, please contact our customer service team info@bestbeautybuys.co.za.  Used or opened products cannot be returned. You have 7 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us for product return.

All customers are responsible for their own cost of returning the shipment of unwanted products.  Shipping fees are not refundable.


Returning incorrect order or defective item

If you receive an incorrect or defective package, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement. You have 7 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.


Limitations

We will only issue a refund to the original purchaser of the product.
